Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. quality actions fails after collection import manager

Hi

I am importing quality results using interface table and collection import Manager.It is working fine

but it is failing quality actions program .Quality Actions request is getting error.I am not getting any clue regarding this.

Why this program is failing and how can i check what is error.
