Unable to Change the Status of Projects

 Hi Folks,

I'm unable to change the status of Project.

However, When I'm logging with Project Costing Super User.. It works fine.. I can change the status of the Project.

But, When I'm logging with Project Costing User Responsibility.. Status field is just freezed.. It's not allowing me to change the status of the Project.

Please let me know if any one come across with this..

I need urgent help..
