Supply Type"Push" Restriction on Move Transaction

  Hi Experts,

       We want to Restrict 'Push" type components to be use or move on Move Transaction before Issue the material

Scenario:

     We have Bill of material with tolerance range of completion

 for ex,

              Assembly "X"  UOM 'Mtr'     Dia 2"

           Component   'Y'   'Kgm'   1Qty

           Component   'Z'   'Kgm'   2Qty

     Now if i make job order with say 1000 Mtr but after process got completed with 950 Mtr dia  as 2.05"

 So here my consumption goes high and completion quantity may come down.The same for lower tolerance.

     So here one product has 3 range of completion ratio (1.6" ,2" and 2.10") and my client is not ready to go for alternative BOM also.So we decided to use "Push" type but the problem is without issue
