Not able to print Standard messages on Statement print program

Hello All,

We have created a new standard message in Receivables setup and we want to print this on the statement print program but this message is not displaying .I am not able to find out the reason .

Could you please help me on this? This is really urgent.

We followed below steps to define standard messages:

1. Enter a Name for this message.

2. Enter the Type of message you are defining. Valid standard message types include 'Holiday' and 'Promotional'.

3. Enter the Start and End Dates during which this standard message will be active.

4. Enter the standard Message to appear on your customer's statement. The text of your standard message cannot exceed 255 characters.
