How to set the page context for Item, Rev, description and organization in custom OA page extensions

We have a requirement to create a new page in the PIM Item Catalog to enable Item data maintenance. We are trying to setup the Page context similar to other pages where the Item number, REvision and ORganization are displayed in the Standard PIM page.

we are not able to locate th region where the page context is getting dispalyed.

Any pointers as to what need to be done to set the page context.
