How to make the rows fixed in BI Publisher

 Hi-
Can someone please help me?

I've customized a report -Quote Acknowledgement Report wherein the output generated is in pdf. This report was created through BI Publisher. It has a header details, line details and footer. There is a scenario wherein once you've run a report; it creates a multiple page especially if there are lots of line details (line details information - line number, item, user item description, some dff values, payment terms and so on). The problem is the gap between the line details and the footer in all the pages are not the same. It varies depending on the data being displayed on
