Serial number help

Hello

When I try to do a miscelleneous receipt for an item which is serial control at receipt, i get list of serial number in the serial/lot form in miscelleneous transaction .

I tried searching these in the "Serial Number" form i am not able to find those , I tried quering with both Item and serial number, however got no results.

I wanted to know from where are these serial number populated from and from where i can locate them..i also checked mtl serial number table but could not find those entry.
