Hi

 

In CRM OD, both the Reports and Dashboards can be printed using the Printer Friendly version. And one of my client is using that option to print the Report / Dashboard into PDF Version. Report has lot of scripting in the Narrative Section (using the Calendar Report ).

 

Printer Friendly version into PDF, throws the following exception.

 

Sax parser returned an exception. Message: Expected entity name for reference, Entity publicId: , Entity systemId: , Line number: 2607, Column number: 22

 

When looked on the forums, seems like we are not the first ones to get this. People did get this way back in 2009, but still unanswered.
