Need To Move Virtual Machine Created With Oracle VM Server To VirtualBox

I'm trying to move a test virtual machine created under Oracle VM Server 3.2.2 x86 to VirtualBox 4.2.16. I used WinSCP to log on to Oracle VM Server and copy the virtual hard disk to the Windows XP machine running VirtualBox. I converted the virtual hard disk from raw to vdi using the command:

G:\Virtual Machines\OVS Win2003>"C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe" convertfromraw 0004fb0000120000499d8cd88c5b1290.img Win2003OVS1.vdi

I created the VirtualBox VM and attached the Win2003OVS1.vdi hard drive to it. When the VM boots, it display a blank text screen and does not continue. Below is the output from the VBox log file (note that I powered off the VM after a while). I am seeing an error in the log file, which I have set to bold in the listing below, but don't know how to proceed with the error.
