PR Header Description on Notification Worklist as Subject

   Hi,

 How can we incorporate PR header description on notification summary worklist as subject.

Currently, it shows seeded information about requestor,PR number & amount. Our management would like to have the description entered at PR header level as a notification workist subject.

Is it possible to have through standard feature or personalisation?

Please do let me know for any solution.
