R49500 picking the shipment orders with wrong status

Hi,

Issue - Order is in 538 - 556 (order downloaded to warehouse) and shipment status is in 25.But this order is picked by R49500 amd moves the shipment status from 25 to 30 and next run of R4981 moves the shipment status from 30 to 80 and order next status from 556 to 560.When we receive the 945 data(from warehouse) this order going in error.

Data selection of R49500 (check for shipment status = 25 & country code 'US' and source 'S') and processing option check for order next status 562 only.

But don't know why R49500 picks orders @ 556.

We are in JDE 8.12. No load concept used.
