Romania Patch for Localization and Legal Requirements

Hi,
Apps 12.1.2

We are currently based on Oracle Rel 12.1.2 and have modules spanning from Distribution, Manufacturing, Financials, Planning and Demantra.

We are planning to roll out our existing solution for Romania.

Can you please share the mandatory and non-mandatory Romanian patches for localization and legal requirements.
