Contacts
We have 12.1.3 implemented. When I create an SR, and create a contact on the SR form, this contact gets added to the customer master (which i believe is at the account level).
however, when i deactivate the contact in the customer master, the contact is still available for pick in the list of values on the SR contact field.
there might be a different way (and if there is please share), but i have found that the only way to remove a contact from the SR contact LOV is to deactivate this party contact in teh contact center (relationships tab).
