Mobile Field Service Debrief Returns (Wireless)

Hi,

We are trying to test Debrief returns from MFS(Wireless). This has been tested from FS Tech portal and when a quantity (by clicking return button in Material Debrief) was returned the defective sub inventory had a increment value of 1 (This is been usually when Technician arrives at customer site and replace a new part and takes back the faulty part).

When trying to achieve the same from MFS as described in the Document attached. In MFS Material we just see a LOV with "Used" and "Defective on Arrival".

Does Defective on Arrival means return in MFS ? and when this was used to return we get errors as attached.\
