Back updates are not flowing to CRM

Hi,

We are working with OSM 7.2.0.4.

We are using O2A cartidges for implementing preactivation and termination scenarios.Back updates are going back to CRM in preactivation, but in termination scenario updates are not going to CRM.

whant can be reason for this..?

kindly suggest a solution.
