Should we install any packages or software on the solaris clients?

Hi,
We are planning to install the  ops center for hardware monitoring on solaris sparc machines.

OPS center is going to be installed on REDhat enterprise linux on vmware virtual machine.

Solaris sparc servers are the clients.

So, Should we need any seperate license for this?. and Should i install any packages on solaris sparc servers. Please suggest me. Thanks
