Requisition and Purchase Order Cancel Problem - Very Urgent!

Hi,
When we tryig to cancel Purchase Order, we got the following error. What should we do?

And we got this error, after this Patch 15917496 is applied to our instance.

FRM-40222: Disabled Item 'PO_DOCON_CONTROL_ACTION_DATE' failed validation.
