iProcurement > Requisitions > My Group's Requisitions always got an IE can not display the webpage e

We want to start to use the " My Group's Requisition" in iProcurement.  We already changed the Security Level from "Public" to " Purchasing" at the Document Type.  And I even added all " View My Group's Req..." Functions to the Menu which I am using to test the " My Group's Requisition".

I have tried a lot of things. so sar:

1. If  the Security Level is " Public", I will get results if I select  view " My Group's Requisition".

2. If  the Security Level is " Purchaing" or " Private", The system let me wait for a few minuts and then give me a Interet Explor error page:
