Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. 5 services keep in: automatic deleyed start (...and never change the status)

1_what could be the reason?
2_where start to take a look, then analying..
3_where start to check?

4_other issue? relationship between services and could't start?

The services don't start, ..
