oem 12c error while creating a cluster group for an exadata database machine. --

   Host is already in the Oracle High Availability Service has.  Deleted HAS service and tried to create cluster again for the DB discovery, but get the same message and the has services are created again.  At this point I can not discover the ASM and the DB on the exadata machine.  Will upload print screen showing the error.
