July2013 Grid Infrastructure PSU patch disables multicast on private interfaces

We installed 11.2.0.3 GI in RHEL6.4 successfully. Then we apply the most recent PSU patch (16742216) to GI. After applying patch, I can no longer start up CSS and consequently EVM and CRS. ocssd.log indicated multicast issue. Re-run pre crsinst CVU check showed multicast communication failed. To confirm, I run mcasttest.pl script. It shows multicast communication failed at both 230.0.1.0 and 224.0.0.251. Has anyone had the same experience before? Why would PSU patch disables the multicast communication:

$ perl mcasttest.pl -n node1,node2,node3 -i eth3
###########  Setup for node node1  ##########
Checking node access 'node1'
Checking node login 'node1'
Checking/Creating Directory /tmp/mcasttest for binary on node 'node1'
