AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.create_single_invoice error messages - Transaction lines are missing header rows

I am running apps.AR_INVOICE_API_PUB.create_single_invoice in a loop and creating transactions, lines and distributions as expected but also it creates bunch of error messages in ar_trx_errors_gt table when processing - Transaction lines are missing header rows - for some lines. Where from api  is this message coming from and what is the exact query that can produce this standard api message - I am getting all my lines loaded as expected.
