JDE 9.1 - how to all user to save or remember password on web browser

JDE 9.1 - how to all user to save or remember password on web browser?
In most web sites we are given the prompt from web browser asking if I want to save my password when I signon. JDE 9.0 allows that. For some reason our JDE 9.1 signon does not prompt that pop-up. Is it controlled by web server settings? Where can we change it to enable the feature to remember password?

Someone may think it is related to local computer settings but I have never changed my settings on browser. Also I tried from different computers and still do not see the pop-up to save password.
