Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have problem when login to MOBILE apps, pop up: message error: ERR ENTRD

1_I need to analyze the logs, to find the root couse, so how to create a log lo BSSV user, to detect the error when login action

2_or, where take a look for?
