RK_SHIPMENTS ACTUAL_ARRIVAL_DATE and other date columns getting updated with one year less.

 Hi,
We are facing a strange issue while Receiving in SIM. The actual arrival_date column would be updated on each receiving. But at sometimes, the year part of the ACTUAL_arrival_date is getting updated with previous year. same issue with create_date and estimated arrival date columns. I have heard it from my other friends as well working in different clients.

08/02/2012 19:00:10 is updated instead of 08/02/2013 19:00:10 for Actual arrival date in rk_shipments table.

It doesn't happen all the time. it is inconsistent.

Have anyone else faced with a similiar issue.
