Live Upgrade issues

Hi all.I have on my VB Solaris 10 up 9 with a raw file system and I d like to live upgrade it to svm. I have created another identical disk and then I keep getting this error that mirror is not valid on this system. 
What's happening? Can you see anything wrong on this? How can I do that? 
I have also applied the latest LU patch (121431-88)


lucreate -c c0 -n svm  -m /:/dev/md/dsk/d10:ufs,mirror -m /:/dev/dsk/c0t2d0s0,d1:attach
