Analytics - Pivot Table Computation

I would like to verify this issue regarding the computation on pivot tables in Oracle CRMoD Reports & Analyses. I am currently working on a timesheet / attendance form through a report. However, there must be a bug or an error with regards to its way of computing a column. Kindly refer to attachment Sample1.jpg

The Total Regular Hours in the Summary section is supposed to be the sum of the Regular Hours column in the section above. Same case goes to the Total OT Hours (Overtime Premium Payable), Payable Travel Hours (Travel O.T. Payable) and Total Payable Hours (Total Hours). It multiplies the supposedly sum by two, in some users, it multiplies the sum by three, and so on. All necessary actions on our end were already applied such as the aggregation rule and adjusting the measures, but it still arrives to the same problem. I hope you can look into this issue.
