Oracle Apps server 10.1.3.5 patchest 8626084 - OPMN port information is unavailable.

I am getting a dialogue box with the information "OPMN port information is unavailable" when running the 8626084 installer
I have definitely sourced the correct environment file before running the installer and have definitely sourced the correct ORACLE_HOME to upgrade within the installer.

If I run 'opmnctl status' and 'opmnctl status -port', all looks good.

The problem appears to me that the oraInst.loc file in $IAS_ORACLE_HOME says the following
inst_group=autobldgrp
inventory_loc=/nfs/bld/d29/oraInventory1

I can see in the installer log file that this gets set
sl_processList' to '/nfs/bld/d26/PRDXBLD9/apps/tech_st/10.1.3j2ee/jre/bin/java
