Peoplesoft Finance - EMPLOYMENT.REHIRE_DT not populated on Rehire Job Action

Hi,

We are using Peoples Soft Finance 9.1 and People Tools 8.52. We are using Expenses & Resource Management and Travel and Expense Modules. There is no integration with HCM application.

When we Rehire an employee in below navigation, the EMPLOYMENT.REHIRE_DT record field is not populated.

Main Menu > Resource Management > Establish Resources > Update Employee Data

After an employee is rehired, the HIRE DATE in below navigation automatically gets updated with EMPLOYMENT.REHIRE_DT field value.

Main Menu > Travel and Expenses > Manage Employee Information > Update Profile

But since EMPLOYMENT.REHIRE_DT is not updated with REHIRE effective date, the hire date in update profile shows the EMPLOYMENT.HIRE_DT date only.
