Condition Region based on multipe columns

Hey guy,
I am working on offer letter report where i need to show different text and layout based on multiple columns which i handle in attributes

For example
 if a = Y and b = and c = y then
  this is a b c
else if a = y and b = y and c = n then
  this is a b
else if a = y and b= n and c= n then
 this a
end if;

I am confuse how to use AND oparator in BI Publisher for Conditional Region.
