[Restart on System Failure] in parent concurrent and child concurrent

The requests are like as below:
1.parent request [Restart on System Failure] is check[Y]
  child request [Restart on System Failure] is check[Y]
 
2.parent request [Restart on System Failure] is check[Y]
  child request [Restart on System Failure] is not check[N]

3.parent request [Restart on System Failure] is not check[N]
  child request [Restart on System Failure] is check[Y]

4.parent request [Restart on System Failure] is not check[N]
  child request [Restart on System Failure] is not check[N]

When system is down and restart , what is the behavior about the above?
