Siebel CTI: Agents are logging out from Siebel session if Any IVR Call is ON and in between agents g
Hi All,
We are getting an issue where agent's Siebel session is logging out if Any IVR Call is ON and in between agents got the call on their extension also. Checked the SCOMM Log files (attached) however unable to trace any reason.
Please provide the Inputs if any.
