Server name & IP change

Hi ALL,

I have a server name (test1) which have a 10g in it. There is a request to move ther server and change the server name to (test2) and IP name, the storage and the rest of the thing will be the same and they just gonna add a new storage.

Please let me know what are the changes needs to be done from our end for the database so that we could bring it up what this changes occurs with issues. The server and database is in Windows..
