Return material from Project

Dear All

I have a problem project costing please help me with your solution

My company implemented project costing

we Issue materials to project by using Miscellaneous Issue with type of project issue, but after completing project, there are remains of material, what is the solution in order to return these material to inventory and reduce project cost
