Unable to Login as Sysman from OEM 12C - Console

Hi

We are currently not able to login as sysman from OEM 12C console. Error reported is Authentication Failed. But I can use the same password to login to my repository database, Kindly let us know what could be the issue.

From OEM Machine :

./emcli login -username=sysman -password=******

Error: Login failed

From OEM Repository Machine :

sqlplus sysman/******

SQL*Plus: Release 11.2.0.1.0 Production on Mon Aug 5 12:24:16 2013
