api to update po_line_locations_all.qty_rcv_exception_code

Hi,
Can anyone suggest me an api to update po_line_locations_all.qty_rcv_exception_code? During migration to 12.1.3 around 3000 of our open POs have been migrated with the over receipt exception action as 'None'. We want that to be updated to 'Warning'.
