Essbase Dataload error after setting outline to “Typed Measures Enabled”

In Essbase Version 11.1.2.2.100 with a Block Storage Essbase database

We have a database that we use to load a large amount of records.  We identify certain operations (In the sparse dimension called Operations) as “completion operations”.  We load all records to the account dimension (Dense) stored member “All_Operations”. Then we use a calc script to copy the data to the stored member “completion_operations”. 

When we load the data via SQL load, we are successful every time.

We want to add a third Account named “ISCompletionMember” that is a Type text member with a text list (The Essbase version of a smart list) that identifies the member is an “Completion Operation” or “Not Completion Operation”
