GotoView method does not work as expected in Siebel Open UI

 Hi Gurus,
The method, GotoView does not work as expected in Siebel open UI where as it is working fine in HI.

FYI,  we have Inbox Task List Applet in Application Home page.  The Inbox Task List Applet has title: My Inbox Items;  The control, My Inbox Items has method Invoked: GotoView; Control User property has been added as Name = View and Value = UInbox My Inbox Item List View

In HI as well as in Dedicated client, drill down on Applet title, My Inbox Items navigates to UInbox My Inbox Item List View.  However, the same does not work in Open UI.  We have checked in IE 8 and 9, Google Chrome, Mozilla and it does not work.
