Warehousing Sales Order Hold Code

 Occasionally, I see a sales order line that remains on hold ( SDSWMS) after the warehouse request and suggestion are closed or cancelled.  Has anyone out there had the same problem? Also probably cause and solution.  My current solution is an SQL to change the SDSWMS from I to O
