Backup copy end message of Finished backup is waiting

Hi,

This is a huge database of 40TB.

I am running a backup using BACKUP AS COPY DATABASE FORMAT '+xxxx;

It seems that backup is almost completed.

I got the following message.

At the end I am suppose to receive a message like the following but I do not receive the message''

Finished backup at 14-JUL-2013 12:54:18' but the cursor is waiting for ever.
