Looking at the 11i Preventive maintenance demo, I am able to setup and generate schedule based PM but usage based PM is not getting generated properly.
1. Created PM Activity, effectivity, utilization forecast
2. Created PM Program asscociated to PM activity
3. Created Counter Group, Counter template, associated to IB trackable item,instance.
4. Creted Contract and assigned PM program to coverage template.
5. Since this is a useage based contract,did not define a schedule with in the contract.
6. Ran Build Unit Effectivity program. Program created UMP but only one record. I was expecting 12 records(1 UMP per month,1 year contract so 12 records).
