Getting No Data found error while closing AP month

Hi Gurus,

Right now we are upgrading to 12.1.3 from 12.0.6 and we are facing with a problem and are unable to close months in AP.

Neither does it show me the Exception report nor does it allow me to sweep the unaccounted transactions to next month.

For both the activities I get a Form error-popup screen with "ORA-01403: no data found" and when I click on the details it says "FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON_PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062."

Has anyone encountered this issue? Been searching metalink and found a document 1397581.1 which mentions few recommended patches. Has anyone applied those patches without any issues?
