Tables column Mismatch -- GoldenGate

Hi,

Actually both extracts and replicats are up and running and application team has added the column on source database a hour ago, but not on Target database as it is not needed and then immediately the Replciat got abended due to mismatch in the columns.  Please let me know how to fix this problem.  I am using defgen -definition file. So do I need to create new definition file and then use colmap clause in the replicat parameter file or just using latest definition file would be enough. 

extract parameter file:

TABLE TFAADM.TWFA0055_NAV_SMRY_STG;

Replciat parameter file:
