R12 Web ADI Create New Employee Upload

Hi

I am trying to use web adi to upload new employee. Could you please guide me through this process?

I have tried using HR People Details Integrator but this integrator doesn't allow me to upload new employee.  The Reporting box is ticked and cannot remove tick.
