Non Stock items on a Formula

Hi

I did have a document (but seem to have misplaced it) on the set up of non-inventory items in OPM and their use on a formula, where there is a cost associated with the item but we do not stock the item e.g. water.  Does anyone have anything on this as I know it has to be set up in a very specific way to make it work properly

Release level is 12.1
