How to calculate Req_mir_free_MB

Hi
I've been looking for info Req_mir_free_MB but have not found an answer to a question I think is important how I can calculate the Req_mir_free_MB size when using ASM normal redundancy? I need to know to calculate how many discs and what size request them to duplicate database from another machine
