Requisition reference in RFQ

All,
version: 11.5.10.2

I used 'Auto create' function in Oracle purchasing to create RFQ from a requisition.  After successful creation of RFQ, where do I see the reference of Requisition number in RFQ workbench? or which table of RFQ (PO_HEADERS_ALL, PO_LINES_ALL, PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ALL) stores the Requisition reference? Please share your thought.
