Using Install Base Web ADI

Hi,

I'm using Install Base WEB ADI in R12.1.3 instance we had the patch applied and now we are able to download the excel.

But the excel returns with 0 records when trying to use Mass Update Web ADI function for Search and Manage Item instances.

This is a complete vanilla instance and we have minimal setups in place. I had defined one parent item instance with two child subassemblies (Manually).

When I'm trying to perform the WEB ADI Mass Update Search and Manage Item instances, I'm providing the Owner Name but the resultant spreadsheet returns with 0 records.

Please can you let me know if there is anything I'm missing here.
