Error while saving SR in create SR form.

Hi,

I have made a new responsibility in vision instance and trying to make a new SR using create SR form. While saving, I am geting a error as 'Please complete mandatory attribute fields before saving the Service Request'.

What is the source of this error? Pls clarify.
