SQL used by RCVRCERC to list POs

Hi,
One of my POs is not showing in the "Purchase Order" LOV on the  "Find Expected Receipts" screen (RCVRCERC) and I cannot figure out why. Does anybody know what SQL is used to select the POs that are displayed by this LOV? This is in 11i (RCVRCERC version 11.5.129.11510.45)
